There can be anxiety when we bring together groups of patients and professionals:

Our new Facilitations Skills course will help participants improve their facilitation skills and confidence to facilitate both online and face-to-face events. This is what previous participants have said about the course:

This course offers you:

  • Practical tools for designing and facilitating successful events.
  • Guidance on how to involve a wide range of voices and ensure everyone feels heard.
  • Ideas for enabling people to work together and get the best out of groups.
  • An opportunity to explore issues commonly faced by facilitators.

This course was developed in response to feedback from our Foundations in Patient Experience and Experience Based Co-Design courses. It is open to anyone interested in developing their facilitation skills – particularly for involvement or co-design events.

Cost

The course and associated resources are usually available at £395 per person.

Sam Hudson

We have partnered with one of our highly valued faculty members, Sam Hudson (CEO, Überology Ltd) to bring you this course.

Sam is an experienced and engaging facilitator. She has held senior roles in public services in the UK and Australia, including 11 years in the NHS.
