Naomi leads the Experiences of Care programme, equipping and supporting staff, patients and carers to improve people’s experiences of health and care services. She is an experienced trainer and facilitator, and has spent over 20 years working and volunteering in the charity sector in the UK and internationally.

Naomi was previously Head of Volunteering at Young Lives vs Cancer, where she was responsible for a national volunteering programme and delivered training in effective volunteer involvement.

She also facilitates peer support programmes for Shine Cancer Support.

Naomi is passionate about social inclusion and is a volunteer at her local youth club.
