We have published our impact report for the period up to April 2019.
We have published our impact report for the period up to April 2019. The report brings together information on all of our programmes, and presents statistical data alongside case studies to illustrate our work.
Previously we published separate reports for the Schwartz and Sweeney programmes, but this report combines all of our activities into a single volume. The aim is to show how the different strands of Point of Care Foundation activity fit together, as the introduction states:
“The common thread that links our programmes is that they all help to create the conditions for better relationships in health and social care, among staff and between staff and patients. Staff and patients benefit when they feel that relationships and people really matter.”
