Capturing experiences of working with the Point of Care Foundation

02 March 2021

A new way to feed back on inclusion at the Point of Care Foundation

Topics

As part of our work towards ensuring greater inclusivity within Point of Care Foundation activities, we have introduced a short online form to enable anonymous feedback on people’s experiences of working with us.

We are encouraging anyone to complete the form who has worked with us, or been involved in any of our activities, such as Schwartz Rounds, Team Time, our Sweeney programme, EBCD training or the Foundations in Patient Experience course. We are also keen to hear from anyone who, for whatever reason, felt unable to take part.

The feedback survey goes live during our #SchwartzCelebratesDiversity month on Twitter, in which we hope to encourage more inclusive practice across the Schwartz Community, to help ensure that people of all backgrounds can benefit from the support that Schwartz Rounds offer. Diversity and inclusion is also a theme within this year’s Schwartz Community events.

We will monitor responses to the form and will seek to use the information to learn and to improve our practices. All responses are completely anonymous and cannot be traced back to any individual or organisation, or linked with other data we may hold.
