The celebration event for the 2017/18 PFCC ‘Living Well to the Very End’ programme will take place on the 21 February 2018
On the 21 February we are excited to be running the celebration event for the 2017/18 PFCC ‘Living Well to the Very End’ programme in end of life care.
This one day event will celebrate all of the work and achievements over the past year and over the previous years of the programme.
