The second workshop for the PFCC Living Well to the Very End programme will take place on 18 October 2017.
We’re delighted to announce that the second workshop for the PFCC Living Well to the Very End programme will take place on 18 October 2017.
This one day workshop will follow the learning from the first workshop, and will give participants the opportunity to showcase their project, as well as provide focused learning around communication at end-of-life care, how to generate ideas and how to build resilience in your team.
Timings: 9.30am – 4.30pm
