HOPE meeting: ‘understanding and influencing national policy’

15 November 2017

The next HOPE network meeting will focus on equipping members to understand and influence the national and local policy landscape.

The meeting will focus on national policy and how you as HOPE members can influence and get patient experience issues on the agenda. Speakers will include Neil Churchill (Director for Patient Experience at NHS England) and Dan Wellings (Senior Fellow, Policy at The King’s Fund), who will aim to unravel national policy in order to explain how it intersects with your daily job, with a particular focus on Accountable Care Systems. You will also be invited to discuss the issue of changes to the use of the FFT.

The day aims to help remove the disconnect between national policy and the daily role of a Head of Patient Experience, in order to build confidence in influencing the wider agenda surrounding patient experience.

We will circulate more details and a programme nearer the time, but booking is now open.
