HOPE meeting: Data stories and feedback: can we make measurement work for us?

On the programme, in addition to the regular session Learn Borrow Steal session led by the members themselves will be sessions on:

  • Always Events led by NHS England
  • Patient and Family Centred Care led by Bev Fitzsimons on the Sweeney programme patient focussed improvement methodologies and a medical consultant leading one of the teams  working on Living Well to the Very End, our end of life care programme
  • Use of patient narratives and unsolicited comments – with James Munro and the head of patient experience from Nottingham.
