HOPE meeting: ‘Change, and how to cope with it’

19 July 2017

The next HOPE network meeting will focus on building resilience and how to effectively influence local transformation and change projects.

The next meeting will provide an opportunity for HOPE members to explore how they can build resilience in the workplace, as well as how they can improve patient experience within their local context and local structures.

The morning session will include a resilience workshop, led by Kathleen Sullivan, which will focus on self-care, resilience, and how to cope with changes within an organisation.  In the afternoon, members will be given the opportunity to apply the skills from the morning workshop within the context of forthcoming organisational changes, including sustainability and transformation plan and local restructuring. Helen Buckingham will give a talk exploring STPs, the implications for patient experience managers, and opportunities to influence.
