Maintaining humanity in healthcare is more important than ever as we face down the Covid-19 pandemic. We stand with all health and care workers responding to this crisis.
Making healthcare more human
Our Sweeney programme uses methodologies including Experience-Based Co-Design and Patient and Family-Centred Care to deliver improvements in care quality.
We provide training and ongoing support for Schwartz Rounds in the UK and Ireland - reducing psychological distress in healthcare workers.
Our programmes are running in over 200 hospitals, hospices and other organisations across the UK and Ireland.
Evidence and Resources
We collate and synthesise the best evidence and resources for policy makers, managers and frontline staff.

This online course, led by expert trainers, teaches participants how to use the Experience Based Co-Design (EBCD) method to improve the delivery of their service and make it more responsive to patients' wishes. Participants will gain a theoretical overview of the co-design method and practical instruction to enable them to lead a project of their own.
