Schwartz Rounds provide a structured forum where staff from all disciplines come together regularly to discuss the emotional and social aspects of working in health and care. We introduced Schwartz Rounds in the UK and Ireland in 2009. Today they are licensed and supported by the US Schwartz Center for Compassionate Healthcare.
