Caroline Owusu-Bennoah

Caroline is the Chief Financial Officer at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Trust.

She has previously worked in a number of NHS organisations where she has gained extensive experience in finance.  She is currently the Executive lead for the Trust on RNOH Charity and sits on the London Finance Academy Board as well as the National Finance Leadership Council.  She is passionate about healthcare and cares deeply about patient experience and staff wellbeing.

Caroline originally joined the NHS as a part time worker whilst studying and then went on to the National Finance Graduate Management scheme in London and qualified as an accountant.
